Dr. Patricia Elisnord-Ehiabhi is a compassionate, pre-Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 17 years of diverse experience in the mental health field. She primarily works with adults and young adults and is dedicated to helping individuals embrace and integrate all aspects of their identities.
Dr. Ehiabhi has extensive experience working with marginalized identities and a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, identity issues, relationship problems, family dynamics, grief, and life transitions. She is skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), addiction services, solution-focused therapy, and Christian counseling. Dr. Ehiabhi tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each person, ensuring their comfort and alignment with their goals.
