They are people who value self-understanding, strive for deeper relationships, and want to create lasting change in their lives. Her goal is to foster a therapeutic space that invites you to experience all of yourself: the light, the dark, and everything in between. 

Allison brings a warm, client-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy. She uses a blend of evidence-based methods like CBT, trauma-informed care, expressive arts, and IFS to help you understand how your experiences shape your emotions and actions. She also believes in the power of humor to bring lightness to what can sometimes feel like a scary process, allowing you to shift your perspective and creatively approach heavy, difficult topics.

Allison is a two-time graduate of Lesley University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Expressive Arts Therapy & Counseling Psychology. A former early intervention clinician, Allison is uniquely qualified to address the needs of young children and their caregivers, with a particular expertise in neurodivergence, premature birth, and complex medical conditions. She also specializes in supporting adults in the midst of transition and grief in all its forms. For LGBTQIA+ clients, Allison’s own lived experience in the community informs her commitment to creating a welcoming space to express or discover yourself.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys musical theatre, marching band and drum corps, dancing in her living room, and baking anything that requires an absurd amount of chocolate.
